from AIAI 2025, the length of the <b>standard paper<\/b> submission has been increased to <b>14 PAGES<\/b> (with references included)<span>, formatted according to the well known <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS)<\/strong> <\/a>series format.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span>Please note that t<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary );\">he<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary );\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary );\">minimum\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary );\">length of submitted papers must be<\/span><span Accept\/Reject notifications and reviews will be send to all authors that submitted their work via email.<\/p><p>Accepted papers will be included in the Springer IFIP AICT Series Proceedings and they will be available on line.<\/p><p>The Hybrid Conference will provide the authors of all accepted papers with the opportunity to present their paper either <strong>Physically (on-site)<\/strong>, at the venue of the Conference, or <strong>Remotely (on-line)<\/strong><\/p><p>It is really important to follow the instructions in this page to ensure that your paper will be included in the SPRINGER\u00a0 IFIP AICT Proceedings.<\/p><p>Additional instructions can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/ifipaiai.org\/2025\/paper-submission\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paper Submission<\/a> page of our website.<\/p><p>Based on the reviewers\u2019 comments, on the presentation quality, and after a second peer review process, a number of selected papers will be published in a special issue of a scientific Journal with high Impact Factor.<\/p><p><strong>ATTENTION&#8230;!!!<\/strong><\/p><p>A paper may not be included in the proceedings if the requirements are not met, or if the registration fee is not received by the deadline of the submission of the camera-ready.<\/p><p><strong>COPYRIGHT TRANSFER<\/strong><\/p><p>IFIP AICT volumes are published under IFIP copyright. Authors of each paper must sign the IFIP copyright assignment form and submit it with the final version of their accepted paper.
