Each presenter will have 15 minutes to orally present his\/her work to on-site and on-line conference participants.<\/p><p>On-site Oral Presentation will take place in the conference auditoriums at MAICh, Chania &#8211; Crete, Greece.<\/p><p><strong>Presenters will not be able to use their own laptops<\/strong>. Instead, a <strong>conference-provided Windows laptop<\/strong> will be available to all presenters during their presentation. That laptop will be connected to the on-line conference room, and it will broadcast the presentation to on-line users. Presentations will therefore need to be prepared in <strong>PowerPoint (PPT\/PPTX) or PDF format<\/strong>, using standard fonts (e.g., Arial, Times New Roman) to ensure compatibility.<\/p><p>Audio will be provided through a wireless microphone, allowing clear transmission to both on-site and remote participants.<\/p><p>All presentation files will have to be submitted <strong>at least 10 days before the conference<\/strong>, in order to be checked for technical compatibility. <strong>On-site submission will not be supported.<\/strong><\/p><p>The presentation duration will be <strong>15 minutes in total, including Q&amp;A<\/strong>. This option will be only available to papers that require long presentation time (more than 15 minutes \u2013 oversized presentation).<\/p><p>Instead of a scheduled session, all videos will be uploaded to a <strong>conference repository<\/strong>, which will be accessible through the conference website. Participants will be able to watch the presentations <strong>asynchronously at any time<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The submitted video will serve as the official presentation of the paper. By submitting a virtual presentation, <strong>all authors do accept that their video will be made publicly available through the conference website. Video may remain available even after the conference dates and there will be no removal option.<\/strong><\/p><p>Authors will need to ensure that their video clearly includes their <strong>name, affiliation, and contact information<\/strong>, so that attendees will be able to reach out for questions or further discussion.<\/p><p>The video should clearly and comprehensively present the research work in a self-contained manner.
