Certification of Attendance will be will be provided, upon request, to all authors that made a Full or Student Registration for the Conference.

Conference proceedings will be distributed to all conference attendees through conference website.
Instructions will be published few days before the conference.
Selection process will start after the conference and each Special Issue Editor will contact directly with the accepted papers.
Our EANN (EAAAI) – AIAI 2024 Registration, Demo & Support Room will be available during all 4 days of the conference.

Offline video presentation will be used during the conference days as a backup way of paper presentation. After the conference permission will be asked in order to be posted at conference’s academic repository.
All conference sessions will be auto recorded for technical and QoS reasons. Recordings will not be used for any reason without participant’s permission.
